2020 has begun!

January is always a great month for looking ahead, so this is a great chance to see what we've got coming up over the next 12 months or so. we're really looking forward to bringing our ceilidh magic to some fantastic weddings, parties and celebrations over the coming year! There are still a few dates available here-and-there, so if you're still looking for the best ceilidh experience around (we think!), then contact Tom and see if we're available :)

We kicked-off 2020 in style! We were back at Auchrannie Resort on Arran to play at their Hogmanay party. This is the third year we've played at this event, and it just gets better and better each time. We managed to dodge the storms too, so that was a big bonus :)

Here's us playing a bit of the Flying scotsman at the Auchrannie for Hogmanay - great dancing!

We started off our ceilidhs of 2020 last night at Stirling Court Hotel, where we were playing for the Scottish Graduate School for Arts and Humanities. This is the fourth year we've played for this event, and it's always a really fun and energetic ceilidh where these students from all over Scotland get together.

Tonight, our first wedding of 2020 is at the amazingly beautiful Carlowrie Castle in Edinburgh. Sarah & Stephen are the bride and groom, and are based in the USA, so there'll be a lot of ceilidh first-timers - we love showing crowds how to ceilidh the proper Scottish way! (Weather may not be as good as pictured below!)

Looking into the year ahead, we already have over 60 unique weddings, parties and corporate events lined-up - we're so happy to be involved in what will be so many great events! We're playing the length-and-breadth of the country: as far north as Wick, as far south as Devon, and everything in-between. Keep tuned to our socials so that you can see how we're getting on!
